At A Little Something Ely, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Be unused and in their original condition.
Include original packaging where possible.
Not be damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling after delivery.
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if an item shows signs of use beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting the product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:
For hygiene reasons, ALL Earrings are non-retunable Unless Faulty.
Personalised or custom-made products.
Products made to a customer's specific requirements.
Gift cards and digital products.
Perishable goods (if applicable).
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Faulty
Damaged during transit
Incorrectly supplied
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs where applicable
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
A replacement item
A repair (where applicable)
A full or partial refund
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
5. How to Return an Item

6. Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind Returns
Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning items due to a change of mind.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed where appropriate.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of:
Receiving the returned goods; or
Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.
Please note that payment providers may take additional time to credit funds back to your account.
8. Original Delivery Charges
Where an order is cancelled under your statutory right to cancel, any standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.
Any upgraded, express, or premium delivery charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
If you would like a different item, colour, or design, please contact us before returning your order so we can discuss available options.
10. Sale Items
Sale and clearance items may be returned in accordance with your statutory consumer rights unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described remain eligible for a refund or replacement regardless of sale status.
