Delivery

UK Mainland Delivery (inc. Northern Ireland):

- Shop Pick Up: We aim to have your order ready the same day, Free (you will be notified when your order is ready for collection)

- Standard: 3-5 working days. £5.95

- Express: 1-2 working days, £8.95

Worldwide Delivery:

- UK Highlands and Islands Standard Delivery £9.95

- European Standard Delivery £15

- U.S.A Standard Delivery £20

- Rest of the World Standard Delivery £25

These charges are for delivery only; therefore all non-UK customers will be responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and require a signature on receipt, unless specified otherwise. Once shipped, you will be sent your tracking number and you will be updated on your parcel's progress by either text or email. You will also be able to manage your delivery, including requests to leave parcels in a safe place/ with a neighbour and to arrange re-delivery.

Returns

If you wish to return your online purchase for a full refund* within 14 days of our receiving the item(s), please:

- Return the goods in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase

- Send the items within 14 days of receipt to:

Please Note:

- Delivery charges will not be refunded

- The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service.

*Items excluded from this policy are any special orders; earrings; hair accessories; skincare; home fragrances. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you need an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, make a request to us via email at hello@alittlesomethingely.com and we will let you know if the required item is available.

If it is we will ship it to you free of charge, but the return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.
